We send all products via Australia Post with a tracking number. Please allow 3-7 days to receive your package. We do not offer next day delivery as it is not available to us as we are located in regional Australia. International shipping is not available at this time.

To make your shopping experience as easy as possible, Sleep Sanctuary accepts the following payment types:

  • Telephone/fax order: If you would prefer to give your credit card details over the phone/fax, please contact Sleep Sanctuary’s concierge team on 0405 092 175 between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday, to make a telephone purchase.
  • Cheque/money order: Please note delivery of your Sleep Sanctuary purchase is subject to payment approval and cleared funds. Money order must be in Australian Dollars. Please allow approximately 4 working days for clearing of funds by cheque and money order. Payment must be received by Sleep Sanctuary within seven working days of placing the order or else the order will be cancelled. Simply make your payment out to Sleep Sanctuary and send it with your name and address to:

  • Gift voucher/credit note: Please select “gift voucher” as a payment option at the checkout and enter your Sleep Sanctuary certificate number. You will be contacted via email or phone for confirmation of your order. Vouchers can be exchanged for merchandise to the nominated value of the certificate. For purchasing items that are greater than the value of your gift voucher you can use your credit card to cover the additional cost. For purchasing items that are less than the value of your gift voucher a Sleep Sanctuary credit note will be issued. Gift vouchers and credit notes are not redeemable cash.

Returns and exchanges

Ensuring our customers are 100% satisfied is of the utmost importance to the Sleep Sanctuary team.

Please note that a returns form will need to be completed for all returns and exchanges. Products must be returned to Sleep Sanctuary within 21 days of invoice date at customer’s cost, unused and unwashed with all packaging perfectly intact (except in the case of damaged/faulty goods upon arrival to customer).

Refund:If payment was made via credit card, your credit card will be credited or for alternate payment methods, a cheque or Sleep Sanctuary gift voucher (valid for 12 months) will be issued. The amount refunded depends on the reason for return: a) If a damaged or faulty product is received by the customer, the product purchase amount and outward postage & handling fee will be refunded b) If you change your mind, the product purchase amount will be refunded.

Exchange:Products must be returned to Sleep Sanctuary within 21 days of invoice date, unused and unwashed with all packaging intact. If there is a difference in the price of the goods involved in the exchange, Sleep Sanctuary will refund or charge the customer as indicated on the returns form. For exchanges (except in the case of re-sizing in Australia), a re-delivery fee will be charged.

  • Please note that Sleep Sanctuary is not responsible for damaged or lost merchandise en route to us. Please ensure you therefore send the returned goods via an insured method to our returns address.

Stock availability

If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted either via email or phone and advised of the non-availability. Customers will be eligible for a refund on the product purchase price if a suitable alternative cannot be found.
